Role Overview
These positions support Nainital Bank’s retail and specialist banking operations. Depending on the post, responsibilities may include customer service and counter operations, credit/operations support, relationship management, and domain-specific functions (e.g., IT, risk, law).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in branch banking operations (account services, queries, basic product guidance).
- Process routine banking transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies.
- Support sales and service initiatives for banking products as per branch requirements.
- Maintain records, documentation, and operational controls as required for audits and compliance.
- For PO roles: support branch operations, customer acquisition, and service delivery under structured training/induction.
- For SO roles: perform specialized duties aligned to the discipline (e.g., IT systems, information security, risk management, legal documentation, compliance support).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
Requirements (Eligibility)
- CSA / Clerk: Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in Graduation/Post Graduation in any recognized stream from a recognized university/institute (as per bank satisfaction). Computer proficiency and knowledge of Hindi & English preferred.
- PO (Grade/Scale-I): Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India (or equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government).
- SO: Full-time Graduate degree / MBA / Master Degree (discipline-specific as per official requirements).
