NATA Phase II Admit Card Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented NATA Phase II Admit Card Coordinator to manage end-to-end activities related to admit card publishing, candidate communications, and issue resolution for exam events. This role supports the operational readiness of online examinations by coordinating timelines, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the admit card release process for NATA Phase II, including scheduling, approvals, and publishing workflows.
  • Validate candidate data (name, application number, exam center, date/time, photo/signature) prior to admit card generation and release.
  • Work with IT/portal teams to ensure admit card download pages function correctly and are accessible across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor release-day performance (traffic, download success rates, error logs) and escalate issues to relevant teams.
  • Respond to candidate queries regarding admit card availability, login issues, exam center details, and correction requests within defined SLAs.
  • Prepare and publish candidate-facing notices, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions for downloading admit cards.
  • Coordinate with examination partners and center administrators to confirm venue mapping and reporting instructions.
  • Maintain documentation of changes, incident reports, and resolution notes for audit and continuous improvement.
  • Support related exam operations such as city intimation, reporting-time advisories, and communication of exam-day guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (administration, operations, or IT preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in exam operations, education services, customer support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data checks with high accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of web portals/CMS, spreadsheets, and ticketing or email support workflows.
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear candidate instructions and notices.
  • Ability to handle high-volume periods (release days) and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, content, operations, and external vendors).
  • Basic understanding of online examination processes, candidate authentication, and exam center logistics is a plus.
