Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Navy Agniveer SSR/MR Results & Candidate Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end publication workflow for exam results and related candidate updates (e.g., admit cards, exam city information, revised schedules, answer keys, and official notices). This role focuses on validating information from official portals, converting it into clear candidate-facing updates, and maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across web and mobile channels.
This position is ideal for someone who can interpret recruitment notifications, maintain structured content (dates, eligibility, fees, selection process), and coordinate rapid updates during high-traffic result and admit-card release windows.
Responsibilities
- Results & Notices Publishing: Prepare and publish result updates for Navy Agniveer SSR/MR and related recruitment events, ensuring correct link placement, titles, and summaries.
- Official Source Verification: Cross-check all information against official sources (e.g., Indian Navy/official recruitment portals) before publishing; maintain a clear audit trail of sources used.
- Content Structuring: Convert complex notices into structured sections such as Important Dates, Application Fee, Eligibility, Vacancy/Posts (if applicable), Selection Process, and How to Check/Download instructions.
- Quality Assurance: Validate names, dates, URLs, and downloadable links; ensure content is consistent across web pages, app listings, and push/WhatsApp/Telegram style updates (where applicable).
- Candidate Guidance: Draft clear “How to Check Result” steps and FAQs to reduce support queries and improve candidate experience.
- SEO & Accessibility: Create user-friendly titles, aliases (URL slugs), tags, and internal linking; ensure content readability and accessibility.
- Operational Coordination: Work with editorial/ops teams to prioritize time-sensitive updates during exam cycles and high-volume announcements.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain standardized templates, correct categorization, and tagging for discoverability and archive integrity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline). Equivalent experience in content operations for recruitment/exam portals is acceptable.
- Experience: 1–3 years in content operations, publishing, editorial support, or recruitment/exam information portals (government/defence recruitment experience is a plus).
- Strong Attention to Detail: Proven ability to catch discrepancies in dates, eligibility, fees, and official notice language.
- Writing & Editing: Ability to write concise, candidate-friendly instructions and summaries in professional English (Hindi familiarity is a plus).
- Web Publishing Skills: Comfortable working with CMS tools, HTML basics, and structured content templates.
- Link Management: Ability to validate links, manage multiple sources, and handle high-traffic update scenarios.
- Time Sensitivity: Comfortable working on tight deadlines, including early-morning or late-evening releases during result/admit card windows.
- Integrity & Compliance: Commitment to publishing only verified information and clearly labeling official vs. informational content.

- Paid time off and holiday calendar
- Learning support for SEO, content operations, and verification workflows
- Opportunity to work on high-impact content that directly assists candidates nationwide
