Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day branch clerical operations, including customer service and counter support.
- Assist with account-related requests, documentation checks, and basic banking transactions as per bank procedures.
- Support back-office activities such as data entry, record maintenance, reconciliation support, and report preparation.
- Use computer applications for banking operations, customer updates, and internal workflows.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Banking experience is preferred.
- Skills: Adequate knowledge of computer applications.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01 November 2024 (relaxation as per NCBL regulations).
