Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, rehabilitation, or public health program services as per assigned role and NHM/DHFWS guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate patient/service records, registers, and reports; ensure timely submission of required MIS/returns where applicable.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, compliance, and standard operating procedures in health facilities/programs.
  • Coordinate with district and facility teams to ensure continuity of care and effective implementation of health programs.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, trainings, and review meetings as required by the department.

Requirements (Eligibility Highlights)

Eligibility varies by post. Candidates must review the official notification for complete criteria. Key highlights include:

  • District Quality Manager: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management and 1 year experience in public health/hospital administration.
  • AMO (Male/Female) & Panchakarma Specialist: Degree in Ayurveda recognized by Government; registration with Board of Ayurveda & Unani System of Medicine in Haryana. Panchakarma Specialist requires PG Degree (MD)/Diploma in Panchakarma or Kayachikitsa.
  • Account Assistant/Accountant: B.Com (min 55%); Tally ERP 9 certificate; 1 year post-qualification accounts experience.
  • Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing/GNM; registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
  • ANM: ANM course; registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
  • Pharmacist: 10+2 (Science with Physics & Chemistry) + D.Pharm; registered with Haryana Pharmacy Council.
  • STLS: Graduate + Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology; permanent two-wheeler driving license and ability to drive; basic computer course (min 2 months).
  • Psychologist: M.Phil (Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychology) and registered with RCI; minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Divisional Bio Medical Engineer: B.E. in Electronics/Instrumentation/Bio Medical with relevant biomedical/hospital experience.
  • Zonal Entomologist: M.Sc Zoology with entomology as a subject.
  • District ASHA Coordinator: Master degree in Sociology/Social Work/Rural Development/Public Administration/Public Health + 2 years experience.
  • RBSK Coordinator: MBA/MPH/MDRA with 1–2 years experience in health-related social activities.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS/BAMS.
  • Counselor (NRC): Masters in Food & Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition with 1 year experience OR PG Diploma in Dietetics/Public Health Nutrition with 2 years experience; strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Language requirement: Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level is required as indicated for multiple posts.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 18 years (as on 10 July 2024)
  • Maximum age (role-based): Specialist Doctors/MBBS Doctors up to 65 years; other retired Government servants up to 62 years; other staff up to 42 years
