Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day engineering operations, inspections, and technical coordination at site/plant locations.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for assigned systems and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, logs, checklists, and reports as per department standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in material planning, basic estimation, and verification of work progress where required.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in a relevant engineering discipline (as applicable to the Junior Engineer stream) from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, standard operating procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to prepare reports and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts/field locations and travel as per project requirements.
