Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and paramedical services aligned with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Perform role-specific clinical/technical duties (e.g., nursing procedures, laboratory diagnostics, therapy services, biomedical equipment support, rehabilitation interventions).
- Maintain accurate patient/service records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Follow infection prevention, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines in all clinical and technical activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support patient counseling, education, and care plans as applicable to the post.
Requirements
- Education (General): 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
- Professional Qualification (Role-Specific): Diploma or Degree in the relevant paramedical discipline from a recognized institute/university, such as:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (for Nurse Grade-II / Nursing Tutor as applicable)
- Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (for Lab Technician)
- Diploma/Degree in Speech Therapy (for Speech Therapist)
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy (for Physiotherapist)
