Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patwari (Revenue) – Answer Key & Exam Support Specialist to support the publication, quality assurance, and candidate communication workflows related to competitive examination answer keys and post-exam updates. This role focuses on ensuring accurate link management, clear instructions for candidates, and timely coordination with internal stakeholders for updates such as answer key releases, notices, and official website references.

This position is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with structured information (exam dates, groups, posts, links), validating content accuracy, and maintaining a high standard of public-facing communication.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end workflow for answer key updates, including verification of release status, formatting, and publication readiness.
  • Validate critical exam information (exam dates, group details, post names, number of posts, and status updates) against official sources before publishing.
  • Maintain and QA “Important Links” sections, ensuring link text matches destination content and that URLs are current and functional.
  • Draft and refine candidate-facing instructions for downloading answer keys (e.g., roll/application number and DOB requirements) in clear, accessible language.
  • Track and log updates across multiple exam groups or categories and ensure consistency across pages and internal records.
  • Collaborate with content, compliance, and operations teams to ensure updates align with publishing standards and source authenticity requirements.
  • Monitor official portals for changes, re-advertisements, notices, and corrections; escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Support basic reporting on publication timelines, link health, and update frequency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent work experience in content operations, exam support, public information, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to audit structured content (dates, titles, categories, and link lists) with minimal errors.
  • Comfortable working with web-based CMS tools and handling HTML-based content formatting (basic to intermediate).
  • Ability to interpret official notices and convert them into concise, accurate public updates.
  • Strong written communication skills in English; Hindi/Punjabi proficiency is a plus for candidate support contexts.
  • Basic understanding of competitive exam ecosystems (answer keys, admit cards, exam notices, results) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple updates under time sensitivity and maintain consistent documentation.
