We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven candidates for the role of Patwari, supporting land revenue administration, record maintenance, field verification, and citizen-facing services. This role is central to accurate land record management, timely reporting, and ensuring transparency in revenue-related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update land records, revenue registers, and related documentation as per departmental procedures.
  • Conduct field visits for verification of land details, crop status, and boundary assessments.
  • Assist in mutation, partition, and other land record processes by preparing and verifying relevant entries.
  • Support revenue collection activities and ensure accurate recording of payments and dues.
  • Coordinate with Tehsil/Revenue offices and other departments for record reconciliation and reporting.
  • Prepare periodic reports, notices, and documentation required for administrative and legal processes.
  • Provide citizen services related to land records, certificates, and verification requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and government guidelines.
  • Use computer systems and approved IT tools for digitization, data entry, and record management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university in India.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge demonstrated by at least one of the following:
    • NIELIT O Level certification
    • COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) certification
    • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications
    • RS-CIT (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology)
    • Engineering degree in any branch
  • Age Limit (as per notification reference): 18 to 40 years (age relaxation applicable as per rules).
  • Ability to work in field conditions and manage administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling official records.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with citizens and government offices.
