Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pump systems as assigned, ensuring stable and safe functioning.
- Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist in identifying mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Maintain operational logs, checklists, and other documentation as required by the department.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with departmental operating procedures.
- Support commissioning/shutdown activities and emergency response as instructed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: Passed Class 10 (Matriculation).
- Technical qualification: ITI certificate in Machinist or Fitter trade from a recognized institute.
- Age (as on 01 August 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 37 years (UR Male)
- Maximum: 40 years (UR Female)
- Maximum: 40 years (BC/EBC Male & Female)
- Maximum: 42 years (SC/ST Male & Female)
- Age relaxation as per BTSC rules.
- Ability to work in field/plant environments and follow safety and operational instructions.
