Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training under supervision in the allotted trade.
- Assist in maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation, and inspection activities as applicable to the trade.
- Follow workshop/shed safety procedures, standard operating practices, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain training logs/records and complete assigned practical tasks within timelines.
- Support teams in routine technical work and learn the use of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
Requirements
- Education: Matriculation (Class 10) with minimum 50% marks and ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
- Age Limit (as on 02-Aug-2023):
- Minimum: 15 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Age relaxation: As per rules
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn in an industrial/workshop environment.
- Ability to comply with safety standards and instructions from supervisors.
