Pay / Stipend
As per applicable rules for Apprentices under Western Railway/RRC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Undergo structured apprenticeship training in the allotted trade as per railway/NCVT standards.
- Follow training schedules, shop-floor safety practices, and departmental instructions.
- Assist in routine workshop/maintenance activities under supervision while learning trade skills.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and training records as required by the unit/division.
- Comply with railway safety, quality, and operational procedures during training.
Eligibility / Requirements
Age Limit (as on 26 July 2023)
- Minimum: 15 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Age Relaxation: As per rules
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (Class 10) pass, and
- ITI/NCVT certificate in the relevant trade.
