Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training in the allotted trade/section as per BLW/Indian Railways apprenticeship guidelines.
- Follow shop-floor safety practices, standard operating procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Assist supervisors/technicians in routine technical tasks and learn the operational workflow of a production/maintenance environment.
- Maintain training records/logbooks and complete assessments/requirements prescribed during the apprenticeship period.
