Position: RBI Assistant

We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven professionals to join as RBI Assistants. This role supports core administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of office processes, customer/citizen-facing support, record management, and coordination across internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments, including documentation, file management, and correspondence handling.
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, and reports; ensure timely updates and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support day-to-day office operations such as scheduling, coordination, and tracking of routine tasks.
  • Assist in data entry, verification, and preparation of summaries/notes for internal use.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required for operational follow-ups.
  • Support basic customer/citizen-facing queries (where applicable) with professionalism and clear communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in internal training and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (or equivalent qualification as applicable).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with online systems/portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft routine emails and notes.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism.
  • Integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Language proficiency appropriate to the posting/location (may be assessed as part of selection).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support, banking operations, or government/regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation and standardized operating procedures.
  • Typing/data entry speed and accuracy.
