Responsibilities
Selected apprentices will undergo structured training and on-the-job learning as per applicable apprenticeship guidelines. Responsibilities typically include:
- Assisting in trade-specific shop-floor activities under supervision.
- Learning and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for tools, machines, and equipment.
- Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and quality standards within the assigned section.
- Supporting preventive maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting as instructed.
- Completing training modules, logbooks, and assessments as required during the apprenticeship.
