Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver subject-specific instruction in accordance with prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Create lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to support student learning outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment methods.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress documentation.
- Support remedial and enrichment activities to address diverse learning needs.
- Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and institutional development initiatives as required.
- Uphold professional ethics, discipline, and a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Age Limit (as on 01 July 2022): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per rules).
- Educational Qualification (Hindi / English): Master’s degree in the relevant subject with minimum 48% marks and Shiksha Shastri / B.Ed.
- Educational Qualification (General Grammar / Literature / Grammar): Shastri with Sanskrit medium and 2nd Class Acharya degree or Shiksha Shastri degree or equivalent with minimum 48% marks.
- Ability to teach effectively, communicate clearly, and manage classroom dynamics.
