We are hiring a detail-oriented professional to support candidates through the RRB NTPC 10+2 (Inter Level) application correction process. This role focuses on guiding applicants, validating correction requests, ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing timely updates while adhering to official instructions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist applicants in understanding and completing the RRB NTPC 10+2 Inter Level correction process as per official guidelines.
  • Review correction requests for completeness and accuracy (e.g., personal details, category, exam preferences, contact information, photo/signature specifications where applicable).
  • Verify supporting documents and ensure uploaded files meet format/size/clarity requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, correction status, and resolution notes in internal tracking tools.
  • Respond to candidate queries via email, chat, and phone within defined service-level timelines.
  • Escalate technical issues (portal errors, payment mismatches, upload failures) to the appropriate technical/operations team with clear reproduction steps.
  • Provide quality checks to reduce errors that could lead to form rejection or delays.
  • Stay updated on notifications, correction windows, and instruction changes published by official sources.
  • Support compliance by ensuring data handling follows privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
  • 1+ year experience in customer support, application processing, back-office operations, or exam/education services preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in forms and documents.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable working with online portals, document uploads, spreadsheets, and ticketing/CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under deadlines during peak correction periods.
  • Basic understanding of common government exam application workflows is preferred.
