Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) invites online applications for RRB NTPC Graduate Level (Non-Technical Popular Categories) recruitment under CEN 06/2025. A total of 5810 vacancies are available across multiple graduate-level NTPC roles.   • Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist – 921
  • Senior Clerk Cum Typist – 638

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post and department. Typical duties may include:

  • Supporting passenger and commercial operations, including ticketing and customer service (as applicable).
  • Coordinating station operations and ensuring smooth train movement and passenger handling (for Station Master/operations roles).
  • Assisting in goods/traffic operations, monitoring schedules, and coordinating with control/operations teams (as applicable).
  • Performing clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Handling accounts-related documentation and data entry for relevant roles.
  • For typist-designated roles, completing computer-based typing and documentation work accurately and on time.
  • Complying with railway rules, safety procedures, and departmental guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution in India (or equivalent), as applicable to the post.
  • Typing/Skill Requirement: For Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist and Senior Clerk Cum Typist, typing proficiency in English or Hindi on a computer is essential.
  • Age: 18 to 33 years as on 01 January 2026 (relaxation as per RRB rules).
  • Other: Candidates must be able to qualify the prescribed selection stages and meet document verification and medical standards.

Fee Refund (as per provided details): After appearing in Stage I Exam, ₹ 400/- will be refunded for General/OBC candidates and ₹ 250/- for other candidates to the bank account (subject to rules/conditions).
