This role is for candidates eligible for the REET Mains Level I Primary Teacher recruitment conducted by RSSB. Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering foundational education, supporting student development, and contributing to a positive learning environment in primary schools across Rajasthan (as per posting and area allocation).

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction for primary-level students in alignment with prescribed curriculum and learning outcomes.
Plan lessons, create learning materials, and use effective teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and periodic evaluations; maintain accurate academic records.
Support students’ holistic development, including foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Maintain classroom discipline, ensure student safety, and foster an inclusive and respectful classroom culture.
Collaborate with school staff and participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs as required.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom expectations when applicable.
Comply with applicable education department rules, school policies, and administrative requirements.

Requirements

REET Qualification: Must have passed the REET examination.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per RSSB rules).
Educational Qualification (any one):
- 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (passed/appearing), OR
- 10+2 with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE Regulations 2002), OR
- 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed course, OR
- 10+2 with 50% marks and Diploma in Education (Special), OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Ability to perform teaching duties in accordance with government school standards and academic requirements.
