Position: SBI Bank PO (Probationary Officer) – Final Result & Allotment Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support candidates and internal stakeholders with end-to-end coordination related to SBI Bank PO Final Result, Marks, and Allotment Letter processes. This role focuses on result communication readiness, candidate query handling, documentation guidance, and process compliance across result publication and post-result onboarding touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidate support regarding SBI PO final result status, marks visibility, and allotment letter access.
  • Guide candidates on retrieving result/marks/allotment letters from official portals and resolving common access issues (login, DOB mismatch, application number, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate logs of candidate queries, resolutions, and escalation outcomes in CRM/ticketing tools.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely updates, standardized responses, and consistent communication templates.
  • Validate candidate-provided details (roll number/application number/DOB) for support purposes while adhering to privacy and data protection standards.
  • Share step-by-step instructions and FAQs for result checking and document download workflows.
  • Support post-result processes such as document checklist guidance, joining formalities information, and next-step timelines (as applicable).
  • Monitor official notices/updates and ensure internal knowledge base articles remain current.
  • Escalate technical issues to portal/IT support and follow up until closure.
  • Prepare periodic reports on query volumes, resolution times, recurring issues, and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, education/career services, or exam/process coordination roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Comfortable working with web portals, online forms, PDFs, and basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and ticketing/CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage high-volume inquiries during peak result periods with calm, structured prioritization.
  • Knowledge of banking recruitment processes (SBI PO/IBPS/SSC) is a plus.
