Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships by understanding financial needs and providing suitable solutions (role-dependent).
- Support sales and service delivery for wealth/financial products, ensuring strong customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation as per product and compliance requirements.
- Provide investment guidance and product recommendations aligned with customer goals and risk profile (Investment/Wealth roles).
- Conduct research and generate insights, product notes, and market updates (Central Research Team roles).
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and performance tracking (Marketing roles).
- Maintain, preserve, and organize archival/document records as per defined standards (Archives role).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure adherence to SBI policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education (role-specific):
- RM / Team Lead / CRE: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (additional criteria may apply).
- Investment Officer: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any stream with NISM/CWM certification.
- Central Research (Product Lead): MBA/PGDBM/CA/CFA.
- Central Research (Support): Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics.
- Deputy/Manager Marketing: MBA/PGDBM (or equivalent) with specialization in Marketing/Finance.
- Executive (Document Preservation – Archives): Master’s in History or Social Sciences (e.g., Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics) OR M.Sc in Applied/Physical Sciences.
- Experience (as per role):
- RM: 3 years
- Team Lead: 8 years
- CRE: Experience in documentation requirements of financial products; strong communication skills
- Investment Officer: 5 years
- Central Research (Product Lead): 5 years
- Central Research (Support): 3 years
- Deputy Manager Marketing: 2 years
- Manager Marketing: 5 years
- Executive (Archives): 1 year
- Additional (role-specific): CRE candidates should have a 2-wheeler driving license.
