Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role and seniority. Typical responsibilities may include:
- Managing and growing client relationships in wealth/affluent segments, including portfolio review and advisory support.
- Driving business development through acquisition, cross-sell, and retention strategies aligned to bank objectives.
- Providing investment solutions and product guidance across mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and other offerings (as applicable).
- Conducting market and product research, preparing insights, and supporting investment recommendations (research roles).
- Leading teams and regional performance management (Team Lead/Regional Head roles).
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for compliance, documentation, KYC/AML adherence, and service delivery.
- Project planning and execution for business/technology initiatives including requirements gathering, rollout support, and stakeholder management (project roles).

Educational Qualifications & Experience (Role-wise)
- Central Research Team (Product Lead): MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized institution or CA/CFA with minimum 5 years experience.
- Central Research Team (Support): Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management/Mathematics/Statistics from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years experience.
- Project Development Manager (Technology): MBA/MMS/PGDM or ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech/PGDBM from a recognized institution with 4 years experience.
- Project Development Manager (Business): MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized institution with minimum 5 years experience.
- Relationship Manager (RM): Graduate from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years experience.
- VP Wealth: Graduate with minimum 3 years experience; preferred MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from recognized institution.
- Relationship Manager – Team Lead: Graduate with minimum 8 years experience.
- Regional Head: Graduate with 12 years experience.
- Investment Specialist: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or CA/CFA with 6 years experience; NISM 21A (valid) certification required; preferred CA/CFP/NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst certification.
- Investment Officer: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or CA/CFA with minimum 4 years experience; certifications include NISM 21A or CA/CFP/NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst certification.
