Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through consultative relationship management.
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable wealth and banking solutions in line with bank policies.
- Drive acquisition of new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Ensure excellent client servicing, timely resolution of queries, and ongoing engagement to improve retention.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, product, compliance, and service teams) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and performance metrics as required.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation degree from a recognized university (required for all roles).
- Experience (role-specific):
- VP Wealth (SRM): Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- AVP Wealth (RM): Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Customer Relationship Executive: Graduation required (experience may be preferred based on business needs).
- Age Limits (as on 01 May 2025):
- VP Wealth (SRM): 26–42 years
- AVP Wealth (RM): 23–35 years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20–35 years
- Strong communication, client-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics, and service standards.
- High integrity with a strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance expectations in banking.
