Position: Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (ICRB) – Electronics, Mechanical & Computer Science

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support engineering systems and subsystems aligned to organizational programs and project needs.
- Perform engineering analysis, simulation, prototyping, and verification to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation including design notes, test procedures, reports, and configuration baselines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, manufacturing/assembly, operations) to deliver project milestones.
- Participate in design reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, process compliance, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in one of the following disciplines from a recognized university:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Minimum Marks: 65% aggregate (average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84/10 (as applicable to the discipline/post).
- Age: 18 to 28 years (age relaxations as per applicable rules and regulations).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in structured, process-oriented environments.
- Good communication skills for technical collaboration and documentation.
Preferred Skills (Role-Aligned)
- Electronics: Analog/digital electronics, communication systems, embedded systems, FPGA/MCU fundamentals, lab instrumentation.
- Mechanical: Machine design, materials, manufacturing processes, thermal/structural analysis, CAD/CAE familiarity.
- Computer Science: Data structures, algorithms, software engineering practices, systems programming concepts, testing and version control.
