Position: Scientist / Scientific Assistant

Responsibilities
- Support research and development activities in assigned technical areas (electronics, IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, embedded systems, or related domains).

- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and implementation documentation as required by projects and stakeholders.
- Participate in audits, quality checks, and compliance activities aligned with organizational and government standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide operational/technical support for labs, systems, tools, or platforms used by the department.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering/Technology/Science in relevant disciplines (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields).
- Strong fundamentals in core technical concepts relevant to the assigned domain.
- Ability to analyze technical problems, interpret requirements, and produce clear documentation.
- Working knowledge of common tools and platforms used in engineering and IT environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Experience in government/PSU/large enterprise environments is a plus (not mandatory).
