Responsibilities

- Information Technology: Systems support, application/security oversight, data/technology enablement for regulatory functions.
- Research: Econometric/quantitative analysis, market studies, analytics and insights for policy and supervision.
- Official Language: Translation, terminology consistency, and official language implementation support.
- Engineering (Electrical/Civil): Facilities/project oversight, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, compliance and safety support.

Educational Qualifications (By Stream)
- Assistant Manager (General): Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years’ duration) in any discipline; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; OR CA/CFA/CS/Cost Accountant (as applicable per notification).
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Two years post-qualification experience as an Advocate after enrollment under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any branch) OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum two years’ duration) in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology.
- Research: Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years’ duration) in relevant fields such as Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Econometrics/Business Analytics/Finance/Statistics/Data Science/AI/ML/Big Data Analytics/Mathematics with suitable diploma in Statistics (as applicable per notification).
- Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English at Bachelor’s level OR Master’s in Sanskrit/English/Economics/Commerce with Hindi at Bachelor’s level OR Master’s in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation.
- Engineering (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Desirable: Working knowledge of CCTV, security/fire alarm systems, EPABX, UPS, and experience with lifts/pumps/HVAC and construction project administration (PERT/CPM).
- Engineering (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable: Property maintenance, project administration (PERT/CPM), CAM/CAD/MS Project/Primavera exposure, tender evaluation, structural rehabilitation, and construction/project management.
