Position: Security Guard

Responsibilities

Maintain security and vigilance across assigned areas within Vidhan Sabha premises.
Control entry/exit points, verify identity documents/passes, and manage visitor movement as per protocol.
Conduct routine patrols and report suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards promptly.
Assist in crowd management and orderly movement during sessions, events, and public-facing activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and relevant security/administrative teams during incidents or emergencies.
Support implementation of safety procedures, including emergency response and evacuation protocols.
Ensure compliance with organizational rules, instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate (10+2) pass from a recognized board.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as per the referenced recruitment conditions; age relaxation may apply as per official rules).
Physical Standards (indicative as per referenced criteria):
- Male: 1.6 km run in 6 minutes; height 167.5 cm; chest 76.5–81 cm; vision 6/12.
- Female: 1 km run in 6 minutes; height 154.6 cm; vision 6/12.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-demand duty during official programs.
Discipline, integrity, alertness, and the ability to follow instructions under pressure.
Basic communication skills and readiness to coordinate with teams and the public.
