Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subject(s) to secondary-level students in accordance with prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Plan lessons, prepare instructional material, and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Assess student learning through tests, assignments, and continuous evaluation; maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students to improve learning outcomes.
- Participate in school activities, examinations, invigilation duties, and academic committees as required.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with colleagues to support student progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Comply with government/school policies, reporting requirements, and administrative directives.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification(s) for TGT/Senior Teacher Grade II as per applicable government/RPSC norms for the specific subject.
- Demonstrated subject-matter competence and ability to teach at the secondary level.
- Strong communication skills in the language of instruction for the subject and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Basic proficiency in using educational tools and standard office/record-keeping processes.
- Willingness to serve in Rajasthan as per posting requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to academic initiatives.
