Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and verification activities for EPFO operational workflows.
- Maintain and update digital records in internal systems as per defined procedures.
- Assist in processing routine office work including documentation, file handling, and record management.
- Support departmental teams in day-to-day administrative tasks and service delivery operations.
- Ensure data confidentiality, compliance, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/college.
- Data Entry Skill: Minimum 5000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.
- Computer Certification (Preferred): Computer training certificate from a recognized institute.
- Age Limit (as on 21/July/2019): 18 to 27 years.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Ability to work with accuracy, meet timelines, and follow standardized processes.
