Position: Specialist Officer (SO) – Banking Operations/Support

We are seeking detail-oriented banking professionals to support end-to-end recruitment and examination lifecycle activities for Specialist Officer hiring, including candidate communication, admit card coordination, documentation checks, and process compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, comfort with online portals, and a working understanding of banking recruitment processes (application, fee payment, admit card download, exam coordination, and verification stages).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support recruitment lifecycle activities including application window tracking, fee payment guidance, and candidate query resolution.
  • Assist candidates with portal-based actions such as login troubleshooting (registration number/roll number, date of birth/password) and admit card download workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records for key milestones (notification release, application start/end, fee payment deadlines, exam dates, admit card release dates, results, and next steps).
  • Prepare and validate candidate instruction communications (exam-day requirements, document checklist, photo ID requirements, and printing guidance).
  • Support internal compliance by ensuring processes align with official notifications and published guidelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for exam-stage activities such as prelims/mains scheduling, local language tests, document verification, and medical examination planning.
  • Escalate technical issues and process discrepancies to the appropriate teams while maintaining service-level timelines.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately.
  • Comfort using online recruitment/exam portals and common digital payment methods (debit/credit card, net banking, IMPS, wallets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate-facing support.
  • Ability to interpret official recruitment notifications and convert them into clear operational steps.
  • Knowledge of local language requirements and basic verification practices is preferred.
  • Prior experience in banking operations, recruitment administration, exam coordination, or customer support is a plus.
