Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented SSC CHSL Answer Key & Exam Support Specialist to manage end-to-end publishing, verification, and candidate-support workflows related to SSC CHSL Tier I/Tier II answer keys, notices, and important links. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy of exam-related information (dates, post details, status updates), maintaining high-quality web content in Hindi/English, and supporting users with clear instructions for downloading answer keys and raising objections.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor official SSC updates and validate key details such as exam dates, answer key status, notices, and related links.
  • Publish and maintain SSC CHSL answer key pages with accurate metadata (post name, vacancies, exam tier, important dates, and status).
  • Create clear, step-by-step candidate instructions for accessing answer keys (login steps, language selection, credentials, captcha, etc.).
  • Ensure all “Important Links” are correct, live, and labeled consistently (Answer Key, Notice, Admit Card, Syllabus, Official Website, etc.).
  • Perform quality checks to prevent misinformation, broken links, or mismatched exam references (e.g., CHSL vs. other SSC exams).
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and web teams to optimize readability, structure, and discoverability of exam updates.
  • Handle candidate queries and feedback related to answer key access, login issues, and objection-raising guidance.
  • Maintain an archive of updates and versioning for notices/answer keys to support traceability.
  • Support distribution of updates through channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email alerts, and social media (as applicable).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, education/exam portals, publishing, or customer support (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check information against official sources.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with web CMS tools and formatting content in HTML.
  • Basic understanding of SSC examinations (CHSL structure, Tier I/Tier II, answer key and objection process).
  • Ability to manage multiple updates under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to identify inconsistencies (dates, post names, links, statuses) and correct them quickly.
  • Professional and user-first approach to writing instructions and resolving candidate issues.
