SSC CHSL Exam Support Specialist (Tier I Answer Key & Marks Assistance)

Position Overview

We are seeking an SSC CHSL Exam Support Specialist to assist candidates with Tier I answer key access, marks download guidance, login troubleshooting, and general examination support workflows. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to explain step-by-step processes clearly in Hindi and/or English.

This position supports SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) examination-related queries, including answer key availability, objection-raising guidance, and navigation of official portals and regional links for application status/admit card access.

Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates through downloading SSC CHSL Tier I answer keys and marks using official login credentials (Registration/Roll No, Password/DOB, Captcha, language selection).
  • Provide clear instructions for accessing official links for answer keys, marks notices, and exam schedules.
  • Troubleshoot common portal issues (invalid captcha, password reset guidance, session timeouts, browser compatibility, PDF download problems).
  • Explain the process and timelines for answer key activation, viewing response sheets, and raising objections (where applicable) in a compliant and non-misleading manner.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of SSC CHSL exam events (exam dates, admit card windows, answer key release status) and update internal FAQs accordingly.
  • Handle candidate inquiries via email/chat/phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate technical or policy-related issues to the appropriate internal team or direct users to official SSC resources when necessary.
  • Document recurring issues and propose improvements to help content, link organization, and user journeys.
  • Ensure all guidance aligns with official notices and avoids sharing or requesting unnecessary personal data.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in customer support, education support, government exam helpdesk, or similar role (preferred).
  • Strong ability to write clear step-by-step instructions for non-technical users.
  • Working knowledge of SSC exams (especially CHSL) and typical candidate workflows (admit card, application status, answer key, marks).
  • Comfortable navigating government portals and handling high-volume seasonal queries.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and/or English (bilingual preferred).
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (browsers, PDFs, login issues, cache/cookies).
  • High integrity and respect for privacy; ability to follow data-handling guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
