Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) – Paper-I Answer Key Support Specialist to assist candidates in navigating official SSC resources, understanding the answer key workflow, and resolving common access issues (login, dashboard navigation, and document retrieval). This role focuses on providing accurate, compliant guidance aligned with official SSC notifications and timelines.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, familiarity with SSC examination processes (CPO SI), and the ability to document step-by-step instructions clearly for a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates on how to access and download SSC CPO SI Paper-I answer keys using official portals (e.g., SSC dashboard login with registration number and date of birth).
  • Provide support for common issues such as login errors, page redirects, slow loading, and browser/device compatibility.
  • Maintain clear internal documentation and candidate-facing FAQs related to answer key access, objection windows (if applicable), and official notices.
  • Verify information against official SSC sources before publishing or sharing any guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal content/operations teams to keep links, instructions, and date-based updates current (exam dates, answer key release dates, admit card availability, etc.).
  • Ensure all communications remain compliant: no sharing of unauthorized materials, no misleading claims, and clear referral to official SSC resources for final authority.
  • Track recurring candidate queries and propose process improvements to reduce support volume.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university/college.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, education services, exam support, or content operations (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SSC examinations, particularly SSC CPO SI workflow (Paper-I CBT, PET/PST, Paper-II CBT, DV, medical).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create step-by-step instructions in simple language.
  • Comfortable working with web portals, form-based workflows, and troubleshooting basic technical issues (browser cache, device settings, connectivity checks).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when referencing dates, processes, and official notices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate information responsibly and follow privacy/security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government exam candidates or operating a helpdesk for admissions/exams/results.
  • Familiarity with SSC official website navigation and notification formats.
  • Ability to work in shifts during peak periods (answer key release, admit card windows, exam days).
