SSC GD Constable – Answer Key & Recruitment Support Specialist

Position Overview
We are hiring an SSC GD Constable – Answer Key & Recruitment Support Specialist to support candidates and internal content operations for government exam updates. This role focuses on publishing accurate exam information (answer keys, admit cards, notifications), maintaining structured data for vacancies and important dates, and guiding users through official download steps and verification processes.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with government recruitment portals, and capable of producing clear, compliant, and user-friendly updates based on official sources.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor official sources and portals for SSC GD Constable updates, including final answer keys, notices, and press releases.
  • Draft and publish structured exam updates: post name, exam dates, vacancy details, status updates, and important links.
  • Create step-by-step user instructions for accessing answer keys/admit cards and troubleshooting common issues (login errors, PDF access, shift/date selection).
  • Validate accuracy of links, dates, and downloadable documents; ensure content matches official notifications.
  • Maintain a clean taxonomy of tags and categories for search and navigation (e.g., Answer Key, Admit Card, Result, Online Form).
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and QA teams to ensure consistency in formatting, naming conventions, and URL slugs.
  • Respond to user queries via email/comments/helpdesk regarding answer key access, objection windows, and next steps.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies by avoiding misleading claims and clearly attributing information to official sources.

Requirements

  • Experience working with government exam/recruitment content (SSC, state boards, police constable recruitment, etc.) or similar high-accuracy publishing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information across official websites and notifications.
  • Excellent written communication skills (English; Hindi proficiency is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of common government exam terminology: answer key, model answer, admit card, supplementary exam, vacancy, eligibility, age limit, typing speed, computer proficiency, etc.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive verification tasks and time-sensitive updates.
  • Basic understanding of HTML formatting for web publishing (paragraphs, headings, lists, links).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines during peak exam cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO practices (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking).
  • Familiarity with PDF handling, link auditing, and spreadsheet-based tracking of updates.
  • Knowledge of SSC GD Constable recruitment lifecycle (answer key release, objections, final key, result, cutoff, merit list).
