Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented SSC GD Constable – Recruitment & Exam Support Specialist to support candidates and internal operations related to SSC GD Constable recruitment activities, including communication of key dates, guidance on accessing official resources (answer keys/admit cards), and ensuring accurate dissemination of exam-related information. This role is ideal for someone who understands SSC processes, can manage high-volume queries, and can present information clearly and responsibly.
Key Context
- Exam cycle includes Computer Based Examination (CBE), answer key access, and PET/PST scheduling.
- Candidate support may involve guiding users to log in with registration credentials and navigate official SSC resources.
- Accuracy, compliance, and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide candidate support for SSC GD Constable recruitment workflows, including guidance for accessing final answer keys, notices, admit cards, and PET/PST updates.
- Maintain and validate exam-related information such as important dates, vacancy details, and status updates from official sources.
- Draft clear instructions for users on how to access SSC portals and download documents (e.g., answer key/admit card) using valid credentials.
- Respond to candidate queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal content/operations teams to publish updates and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Monitor official SSC notifications and promptly escalate critical changes (date revisions, link activation, regional updates).
- Ensure content is compliant, non-misleading, and appropriately references official sources.
- Create and maintain FAQs and troubleshooting guides (login issues, document download errors, common portal problems).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th pass; higher education preferred for operations/support roles.
- Strong familiarity with SSC GD Constable recruitment stages (CBE, answer key, PET/PST) and common candidate needs.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to verify information against official notifications.
- Comfortable working with web portals, document downloads, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle high-volume candidate interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with CMS or ticketing tools is a plus.
- Integrity and discretion when handling candidate-related information and credentials guidance (no collection of passwords; only instruct users to use official portals).
