Responsibilities
- Perform general duty and security operations as assigned within the respective force/organization.
- Maintain discipline, readiness, and compliance with applicable operational procedures.
- Support internal security, border/installation security, and public safety duties based on deployment.
- Participate in training, drills, and physical readiness activities as mandated.
- Assist in lawful enforcement activities and respond to emergencies as directed by superiors.
Requirements
- Education: Must have passed Class 10 (Matric) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 23 years (age relaxation as per SSC rules).
