Position Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Final Answer Key Support Specialist to assist candidates with accessing, downloading, and understanding the SSC MTS & Havaldar 2024 Final Answer Key through the official SSC portal. This role focuses on providing accurate guidance on login steps, troubleshooting common access issues, and helping users locate relevant official links (answer key, result, cutoff, score/marks, and notices) while maintaining strict adherence to official sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates on how to check and download the SSC MTS & Havaldar 2024 Final Answer Key via the official SSC website (e.g., locating the latest updates section and the correct notice/link).
  • Support users with login-related steps using registration/enrollment number and password, and help them understand typical portal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as incorrect credentials, page loading errors, link not visible, PDF download problems, and browser/device compatibility concerns.
  • Provide clear instructions for verifying responses by matching candidate answers with the final key and advising on optional printing/saving for reference.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.

  • Comfort handling time-sensitive, high-volume support during answer key/result release periods.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (PDF handling, browser cache/cookies, device settings, download managers).
