Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SSC Selection Post Phase X Examination Support Specialist to assist candidates and internal stakeholders with post-exam processes, including answer key access guidance, query resolution, objection workflow support, and information accuracy checks. This role focuses on helping users navigate official portals, understand timelines, and follow correct procedures related to SSC Selection Post Phase X examinations.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with structured instructions, high-volume candidate queries, and time-sensitive updates (e.g., answer key releases, notices, and link verification).


Responsibilities

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to candidates on accessing answer keys and related notices through official SSC links/regions (e.g., CR, SR, NR, ER, NWR, KKR, WR, MPR).
  • Support candidates with common access issues (e.g., roll number/password login problems, exam date selection, portal navigation).
  • Explain and document the objection-raising process, ensuring candidates understand required evidence, validity expectations, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles for recurring questions regarding SSC Selection Post Phase X examinations and answer key workflows.
  • Verify content accuracy for exam updates (e.g., exam dates, vacancy counts, status changes such as “Answer Key Available”).
  • Coordinate with content/operations teams to publish timely updates and ensure link integrity across pages and regions.
  • Track candidate feedback and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams with clear reproduction steps and supporting details.
  • Ensure communications are professional, compliant, and aligned with official information without misrepresentation.

Requirements

  • Graduate (preferred) or 10+2 with strong administrative/customer support experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Comfortable working with government exam processes, notices, and portal-based workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail for verifying dates, labels, and status updates (e.g., answer key release timing, exam windows).
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries with patience and consistency.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (browser issues, cache/cookies guidance, login assistance best practices).
  • Familiarity with SSC exam ecosystem and terminology (CBT/CBE, answer key, objection, evaluation) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts during peak result/answer key periods (as needed).
