Responsibilities
- Perform English shorthand dictation and prepare accurate transcriptions within prescribed time limits.
- Prepare, format, and proofread official documents using word processing and spreadsheet tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of court records and administrative communications.
- Support clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the court/office.
- Assist in document management, filing, and record upkeep in accordance with office procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in operation of computer, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- School Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation examination with Hindi or English as one of the subjects.
- Age Limit (as on 01 July 2024):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 42 years

- Shorthand & Transcription Test: 80 wpm in English shorthand and 20 wpm transcription on computer.
