Position: Stenographer (UPSSSC) – Examination & Admit Card Support

Overview: We are seeking qualified Stenographer candidates for a government recruitment process aligned with UPSSSC Stenographer (Advt. No. 09/2023). Responsibilities
- Perform Hindi stenography with accuracy and speed in official and administrative settings.
- Type and format Hindi documents, letters, notes, and records as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Support routine office administration, including file handling, record upkeep, and coordination tasks.
- Assist in preparing drafts, summaries, and transcriptions from dictated material.
- Follow departmental processes and government documentation standards.
Requirements
- Education: 12th pass from a recognized board.
- UPSSSC PET: Valid UPSSSC PET 2022 score card.
- Stenography: Hindi stenography speed of 80 WPM.
- Typing: Hindi typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Computer Qualification: Must have passed NIELIT CCC (or equivalent as accepted by UPSSSC).
- Age: 18 to 40 years (as on 01 July 2023), with applicable age relaxation as per UPSSSC rules.
- Strong accuracy, time management, and ability to work under exam/office deadlines.
