Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for a technical education institution.
Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and instructional quality across departments.
Lead faculty performance management, mentoring, training, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, institutional policies, and quality standards.
Manage institutional operations including academic schedules, examinations, records, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and outcome-based education practices.
Coordinate with government bodies, universities, industry partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen institutional outcomes.
Support student success through effective governance, discipline, welfare initiatives, and resource planning.

Eligibility / Requirements

Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with First Class at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level from a recognized university/college.
Experience: Relevant experience as per UPPSC rules/notification (candidates should refer to the official notification for detailed experience criteria).
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Minimum: 35 years
- Maximum: 50 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per UPPSC recruitment rules.
