Requirements

Relevant educational qualification for TGT/PGT as per applicable government/board norms (subject-specific eligibility applies).
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Competency in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment practices.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English as applicable to the institution’s medium of instruction.
Basic computer literacy for academic documentation and digital teaching/learning support (where applicable).
Ability to work professionally within institutional guidelines, academic calendars, and examination processes.
Selection may involve written examination and other stages as per UPSESSB recruitment rules.
