- Turner
- Carpenter
- Machinist

- Draughtsman

Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training aligned with the assigned ITI trade under HAL’s training framework.
- Support shop-floor and workshop activities under supervision, following standard operating procedures.
- Learn and apply safety practices, quality standards, and discipline expected in an aerospace/engineering environment.
- Maintain training records/logs as required by the training department.
- Assist in basic maintenance, fabrication, fitting, electrical, machining, or related tasks depending on the trade.
Requirements
- Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade as specified in the official advertisement.
- Must meet age eligibility as per HAL rules.
- Ability to follow instructions, comply with safety guidelines, and work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to undergo training at the designated HAL facility in Maharashtra.
