Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) / Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

We are seeking qualified and student-focused educators for TGT and PGT roles. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards, support student development, and contribute to a positive school culture through collaborative academic and co-curricular engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed syllabus and academic calendar.
• Create a structured learning environment that supports diverse learning needs and promotes student participation.
• Develop and administer assessments (tests, assignments, projects) and maintain accurate academic records.
• Evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback, and implement remedial/enrichment strategies as needed.
• Integrate age-appropriate pedagogy, teaching aids, and educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, student mentoring, and academic counseling as required.
• Support school events, clubs, house activities, and other co-curricular responsibilities assigned by the administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, subject enrichment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain discipline and ensure student safety and well-being in classrooms and school premises.
• Comply with institutional policies, examination protocols, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Education (TGT): Graduation in the relevant subject(s) with B.Ed. (or equivalent teacher education qualification) as per applicable norms.
• Education (PGT): Post-graduation in the relevant subject(s) with B.Ed. (or equivalent teacher education qualification) as per applicable norms.
• Strong command over the subject matter and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools for lesson delivery, assessment, and student tracking.
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with varied academic needs.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred; motivated freshers meeting eligibility criteria may be considered.
• Willingness to participate in training, academic planning, and school development activities.
