Position: Manager & Staff Assistant
Organization: Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank (TSCAB)
We are seeking qualified and service-oriented professionals to join TSCAB as Managers and Staff Assistants. These roles support banking operations, customer service, and branch/office administration while upholding compliance, accuracy, and high standards of member/customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch/office banking operations, including customer/member servicing.
- Process routine banking transactions and ensure timely, accurate record-keeping.
- Handle account-related requests, documentation, and verification in line with internal policies.
- Assist with cash handling, reconciliations, and end-of-day balancing (as applicable).
- Support compliance with applicable banking rules, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports, maintain registers, and manage operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/member queries and operational issues.
- For Manager roles: supervise assigned staff, ensure service standards, and support operational targets and risk controls.
Requirements
- Educational qualification as per the official notification for the respective post (Manager/Staff Assistant).
- Strong communication skills and customer/member service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with banking/office software tools.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with confidentiality and compliance.
