Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day banking operations in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist customers with account services, transactions, and general banking queries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to support branch/service delivery goals.
- Manager (role-specific): oversee operational workflows, ensure compliance, guide staff, and contribute to service quality and performance targets.
- Staff Assistant (role-specific): provide operational and clerical support, assist in customer-facing tasks, and ensure timely processing of routine banking activities.
Requirements
- Education (Manager): Graduation with 60% marks OR Commerce Graduation with 55% marks, with proficiency in Telugu.
- Education (Staff Assistant): Graduation from a recognized university, with proficiency in Telugu.
- Age limit (as on 01-01-2017): 20 to 28 years.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; BC: 3 years; PC: 10 years.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
- Integrity, customer-first mindset, and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
Compensation
- Manager: Rs. 23,700 – 42,020 per month
- Staff Assistant: Rs. 11,765 – 31,540 per month
