Location: Remote (India) / Hybrid (as per operational needs)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (based on project cycle)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support candidates and internal stakeholders with end-to-end coordination related to the UJET Answer Key lifecycle. This role focuses on accurate information handling, timely updates, candidate communication, and structured documentation to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for users looking for answer keys, schedules, and related exam updates.
Responsibilities

- Prepare clear, accurate, and user-friendly summaries of answer key updates, including important dates, steps to download, and objection procedures.
- Coordinate with internal editorial/operations teams to publish updates in a timely manner and ensure consistency across channels.
- Validate data accuracy (dates, links, eligibility notes, fee details when applicable) and perform quality checks prior to publishing.
- Respond to candidate queries via email/chat/helpdesk, providing step-by-step guidance on accessing answer keys and raising objections.
- Maintain structured records of updates, source links, version history, and change logs for compliance and audit readiness.
- Support basic SEO-friendly structuring of content (titles, metadata suggestions, internal link mapping) without compromising factual integrity.
- Escalate discrepancies or potential misinformation to the appropriate team and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred); strong academic or professional exposure to documentation, support, or operations is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage for candidate support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-verify information from official sources.
- Comfortable working with web-based tools, spreadsheets, and basic content management systems.
- Ability to manage deadlines during high-traffic exam cycles and handle multiple updates simultaneously.
- Prior experience in education/exam portals, customer support, content operations, or government exam updates is preferred.
- High integrity and a commitment to accuracy—no assumptions or unverified claims in public-facing updates.
Benefits
- Opportunity to work on high-impact exam information services used by a large number of candidates.
- Flexible working model (project-based remote/hybrid options depending on team needs).
- Structured training on verification workflows, publishing SOPs, and candidate support playbooks.
- Performance-based extensions/renewals for contract roles.
- Collaborative environment with clear processes and defined escalation paths.
