Position: UP CPAT Admit Card Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven UP CPAT Admit Card Coordinator to support end-to-end candidate communications and operational readiness for admit card release activities related to entrance/admission testing workflows. This role focuses on coordinating timelines, verifying candidate data, assisting with portal-based downloads, and ensuring accurate dissemination of official instructions across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate admit card release activities, including schedule tracking, publish readiness checks, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Support candidates with admit card download guidance, including login troubleshooting (registration/roll number, password/DOB, captcha, language selection).
- Validate and cross-check candidate data fields (name, roll number, exam date, center, instructions) for consistency and escalation of discrepancies.
- Draft and publish clear step-by-step instructions for downloading admit cards and related exam documents.
- Monitor inbound queries via email, chat, and phone; maintain courteous, compliant, and timely responses.
- Maintain records of common issues, resolutions, and escalation logs; produce periodic status reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams for portal uptime, access issues, and link verification (important links, official site redirects).
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with official notifications and exam authority guidance.
- Assist in managing related documentation such as exam schedules, mock test links, and notification updates.
- Follow data privacy and information security practices when handling candidate credentials and personally identifiable information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, education administration, customer support, or content coordination.
- Experience working with online portals, candidate login systems, or examination/admissions workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify information across multiple sources.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear instructions for a broad audience.
- Comfort with high-volume support during peak release windows and strict deadline environments.
- Basic understanding of web content management and link validation; familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting.
- Ability to communicate in English; Hindi proficiency is a strong plus.
- Professional judgment in handling sensitive information and following escalation protocols.
