Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support and participate in the UP Police Constable recruitment and examination process. This role focuses on assisting with exam-related operations such as candidate guidance, verification support, and adherence to official instructions related to exam city details, admit card access, and examination-day protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support candidates with general guidance on accessing exam city details and admit cards through official portals.
  • Follow and communicate standardized instructions for login and verification steps (e.g., Registration No./Login ID/Roll No., Password/DOB, and any verification code as applicable).
  • Assist with coordination of exam-related information dissemination (exam dates, city details, notices) as per official updates.
  • Ensure compliance with examination rules, identity verification processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of exam-related information and processes.
  • Provide operational support during exam-related activities, including helpdesk-style assistance where assigned.
  • Escalate technical or procedural issues to the appropriate authority or official support channels.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer literacy, including ability to navigate websites/portals and handle login/verification steps.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) to guide candidates and coordinate with teams.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions around exam schedules.
  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
  • Willingness to stay updated with official notices and changes in schedules or instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative support, public-facing helpdesk, or examination operations.
  • Familiarity with government recruitment processes and documentation standards.
