We are seeking detail-oriented, service-minded professionals to support the UP Police Home Guard Recruitment 2025 applicant correction window. Requirements

  • Comfortable working with online forms, document handling, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle high-volume candidate interactions calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills: web portals, scanning/uploading documents, email, and spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak correction days and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruitment support, citizen service centers, helplines, or government/PSU facilitation.
  • Understanding of category documentation and reservation-related data fields.
  • Experience with ticketing systems/CRM or structured query logging.
